1. About Stimmt

Stimmt is a free, open educational resource for learning German grammar. It is not a language school, and its content does not constitute professional language instruction or certification.

2. Accounts

Some features (flashcard review) require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

4. Content

Grammar explanations, quiz questions, and example sentences are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy in teaching standard written German (Hochdeutsch), we make no warranty that all content is error-free.

User-generated content (custom vocabulary cards, writing pad submissions) remains your own. We do not claim ownership of content you create.

6. Availability

Stimmt is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Free services may have rate limits that change without notice.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. This action is irreversible.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stimmt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
